Non-Returnable Items:

2. How to Initiate a Return

3️⃣ Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and send it back using the provided return address.

3. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive the item and inspect it, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs
